Nick Danforth is the legal advisor for Pro Insight. He is responsible for assisting in the drafting of business documents and providing advice regarding the business operations of the company.

Danforth has a wide range of basketball experience he accumulated while in college and law school. While a student at the University of Connecticut, he served as a video assistant for the men’s basketball team. After graduating from UConn, Danforth spent a season with the Connecticut Sun of the WNBA, working under Hall of Fame coach Anne Donovan. As an intern, he helped develop scouting and analytic strategies for the team.

During law school Danforth was an intern in the Charlotte Hornets front office where he helped the franchise prepare for the NBA Draft and Free Agency, conducted research about the CBA, and scouted at NBA Summer League. After graduating law school, he served as a program assistant for the Woodstock Academy Prep Basketball Team for one season. He also spent time as a contributor for DraftExpress, where he was an analytics and salary cap columnist.

In addition to his role with Pro Insight, Danforth is an associate attorney with Bachand, Longo & Higgins, a law firm in Northeast Connecticut, where he practices civil law.

Danforth currently lives in Woodstock, Connecticut.
