Meshu “Shu” Negga joined Pro Insight in 2024 as a senior basketball analyst. He provides coverage and analysis on college and top grassroots events around the country and regionally.

In his most recent role before joining Pro Insight, Shu served as the Milwaukee Bucks Executive Assistant to the Head Coach. Prior to that, he was the Director of Basketball Operations for the Salt Lake City Stars, the Utah Jazz G League affiliate. Since 2017, he has participated with USA Men's Basketball programs in a support staff role, for the Junior and National Teams as well as their AmeriCup and World Cup Teams.

Meshu graduated from the University of Houston with his Bachelor's Degree in Economics. He joined the University's Men's Basketball Program in 2014, as Associate Director of Basketball Operations. Later he was elevated to Director of Basketball Operations, serving in that role from 2017-2021. During his 7 years at Houston, Meshu helped revitalize the program, successfully making 5 NCAA postseason appearances, 1 Final Four and winning 3 Conference Championships.
