“I’m excited to go play for Nebraska and coach Fred Hoiberg. I wanted to commit early so that I could focus on my academics. They’ve been recruiting me hard since I’ve been at Coffeyville. Coffeyville head coach Jay Herkelman added, “Blaise is a very dedicated and hard-working player. He has the ability to score in many ways, is a good defender and a tenacious rebounder. Blaise will continue to improve as he gets stronger and continues to mature. He is just at the beginning of what will be a very successful college career.”
